About MiLK & ViViD — Grand Junction MiLK & ViViD is a locally owned, Colorado-based piercing studio proudly serving the Grand Junction community. Built on intention, education, and elevated standards, our studio was created for people who want more than a quick piercing—they want to feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for. What began as a passion for doing things the right way has grown into a trusted name in professional piercing across Colorado. Our Grand Junction location was designed to bring a modern, approachable, and family-friendly piercing experience to the Western Slope—one rooted in cleanliness, transparency, and long-term relationships with our clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At MiLK & ViViD, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To respect our artists’ time and availability for other clients, the following policies apply: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled through the online booking portal. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Text messages, DMs, or voicemails are not accepted for cancellations. All cancellations must be completed online. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may text 970-901-0180 within 24 hours after canceling online, and 50% of your cancellation fee will be credited toward a future booking. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without canceling online will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Choosing Not to Proceed With Service- If you arrive for your appointment and choose not to move forward with the scheduled piercing or service for any reason, 50% of the service total will be charged to cover reserved appointment time and preparation. Children’s Piercing Appointments- MiLK & ViViD offers child-led piercing appointments — we never force a child to proceed. By booking, parents/guardians acknowledge: • It is their responsibility to ensure their child is ready and willing prior to booking. • If a child decides not to proceed or the appointment cannot be completed, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged due to the reserved appointment time. We are happy to offer studio tours or consultations beforehand to help children feel comfortable prior to their appointment. Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
